The event, during RepCo week (the College’s termly student-led entrepreneurial festival) featured world premiere performances of new commissions by four Wales-based composers, including 2012 graduate Benjamin Vaughan.

The composers were inspired by the contempory artwork of the Artes Mundi shortlisted artists. At the National Museum the performers played alongside the relevant exhibits, one of which featured water used to clean bodies in the morgue falling hissing on to a hotplate, and another that included parts of a tiled floor taken from the building where the artist’s friend was murdered.
