Nine graduates from RWCMD are appearing in a revival of Under Milk Wood that’s receiving rave reviews.
The Clwyd Theatr Cymru production is part of the Dylan Thomas 100 Festival, marking the centenary of the Swansea writer’s birth. 2014 also marks 60 years since the play was first produced in Britain, as a radio play by the BBC in January 1954.

The graduates are: Richard Elfyn, Katie Elin-Salt, Charlotte Gray, Sara Harris-Davies, Sophie Melville, Steven Meo, Caryl Morgan, Simon Nehan and Christian Patterson. They join four other Welsh actors: Owen Teale, Kai Owen, Ifan Huw Dafydd and Brendan Charleson.

After touring the UK, Under Milk Wood will go on a world tour, including performances in America and Australia.
