21 August 2017

This autumn the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and Bristol Old Vic Theatre School will be performing an Actor’s Showcase in New York on Monday 16th October 2017.

Staged at an Off Broadway Theatre, the showcase will feature recent international acting and musical theatre graduates from the Royal Welsh College and Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. It will be open to agents, casting, industry guests, key friends and influencers of the College.

This unique collaboration from two of the UK’s leading schools brings their actors to the heart of New York City. All of the students have been trained to the highest standard at either the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School or the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and are all able and available to work in the American industry.

Both schools enjoy the support of UK employers, casting directors and agents, and through this showcase presentation hope that this confidence will now be shared by a new American audience.

The 70 minute performance will take place at 1pm and 7pm on Monday 16th October at The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre, Pershing Square Signature Theatre Center, 480 West 42nd Street, NY 10036.

Details on each student can be found here: www.rwcmd.ac.uk/US
