“These results are a testament to the dedication and commitment of the staff and students of the Royal Welsh College,” said Principal Hilary Boulding. “We set out to deliver the highest quality training experience in world class facilities so that the young artists and practitioners who graduate from the College can succeed at the forefront of the global arts industry. We’re immensely proud that this work is recognised in these league tables.”

The Observer recently hailed a “rich new seam of Welsh talent” which includes many recent RWCMD graduates. You can read more on this story in The Stage and also in the Western Mail’s feature.

Tom Rhys Harries starred in the film ‘Hunky Dory’ with fellow graduates Aneurin Barnard and Kimberley Nixon while he was still studying at RWCMD.

The College’s music training was also recognised in the music category for graduate employment, scoring higher than any other university or conservatoire for the percentage of graduates who find graduate-level jobs, or are pursuing further studies, within six months of graduation.
